Past Event Customers
I first contacted them via WhatsApp to enquire about booking the venue for my baby’s 1st birthday celebration. I was informed that 19 December was available, while 20 December was only available for the PM slot. Since I wanted an AM slot, I decided to go ahead with 19 December.
I then coordinated a viewing two weeks later, specially making the trip down on a Saturday morning. The viewing went well, and after discussing it with my family, I messaged them to confirm the booking and transferred the full payment.
Not long after, I received a call saying they couldn’t honour my booking after all because they would be relocating and carrying out renovations in December. They said they would refund me.
Seriously? If you already knew the venue would be closed for relocation and renovations in December, why was I told the date was available in the first place? Was your staff not informed, or was there simply no communication between your staff and management?
I wasted weeks coordinating the viewing, made a special trip down on my weekend, spent time planning my baby’s first birthday around this venue, and even made full payment only to be told afterwards that my booking couldn’t proceed.
Yes, I received a refund, but that’s the bare minimum. It doesn’t give me back the time, effort, and opportunity I’ve lost. Parents don’t plan a baby’s first birthday at the last minute, especially when popular venues get booked months in advance. Because of your internal miscommunication, I’m now back to square one trying to find another venue.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Book at your own risk.

Our event venue is designed to fit up to 120 pax with 90 pax seating at one time.
Yes we work with balloon decoration partner whereby you can enjoy exclusive discounts from them too!
You are welcome to book a viewing to see the event space in actual, the team will discuss further on your requirements on your visit before you confirm the booking.
The event space is subjected to availabilities, and the time slot is booked on a first come first served basis. Please enquire with us on the space availability for your preferred date.
There are ample parking lots along the road outside the space, alternatively you can park at TRIO shopping mall < 1min walk (Located along the same road) as well City Square shopping mall <5mins walk.
